The Farm Grows....again!

We have been searching for a herd of goats and a couple llamas for the ranch and we found them!!
We drove about 2 hours south of us to visit the small ranch. It was so worth it.
We left owning two Llamas and 7 goats.
3 Momma Goats - one is Stella, the other have no names
4 Kid (Baby Goats) - One is Stella's baby, two are twins from one of the moms and then "Rubber Legs"

Rubber Legs is a special little goat, he doesn't know he is a goat.
He legs hit my knee when he is standing on his back legs.
He is a tiny little thing, who needed to be held up when he was born so he could eat.
Hence the name "Rubber Legs"

We will be getting them by the end of the month. Jeremy and I ordered our fencing last night and we have a couple days of driving t-posts and running electric fencing.

So worth it!

Chick-A-Dees

We finally got our chicks! We have 10 little girls...we hope they are girls...living in a huge water trough in my craft room.

I work and all I hear is cheep...cheep...cheep.

Good thing they are cute! Especially the one in the lower right hand corner.
She looks like she has a bit of attitude.

I do have to make this announcement though...

Boys - 3 (Jeremy, Jack, Phineas)

Girls - 15 (Teresa, Emily, Lily, Lindsay, Ferb and the 10 chicks)

Poor Boys!!!

Hey look! We're domestic!

I guess my mom trained us well! While Becca was up we made fondant and cake pops. We even broke out the aprons!
This is the marshemellow fondant we made. It was super easy to make. However, we ran out of time and never did anything with it. Good thing it lasts a while in the fridge. I have plans to make Easter cupcakes with it. That is....when I have some spare time.

Auntie Monkey Butt Visits the Ranch

My sister (aka Auntie Monkey Butt) came up to visit us for the week. This was her first visit up and and we had so much fun. The weather was perfect!

We stopped at Michaels to get a few things after I picked her up from the airport and we found these little hats. They are very fitting for our family!!
